Cartify is a receipt scanning and price tracking app that helps users scan receipts, extract receipt information, organize purchases, search product purchase history, compare prices, and view spending insights.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect information you provide when using the app, including account information, receipt images, extracted receipt data, product names, merchant names, purchase dates, total amounts, item prices, and app usage information necessary to provide app features.

2. Receipt Images and Extracted Data

When you scan or upload a receipt, Cartify may upload the receipt image to our server for processing. We may extract information such as merchant name, purchase date, total amount, purchased items, quantities, prices, and related purchase details. This data is used to help you organize receipts, search purchases, compare prices, and generate spending insights.

3. How We Use Information

We use collected information to provide and improve Cartify features, including receipt scanning, data extraction, purchase history, product search, price comparison, spending analytics, account management, app security, and customer support.

4. Account and Login Information

If you create an account or sign in using supported login methods, we may process your email address or account identifier to authenticate your account and sync your data across devices.

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Cartify may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases. Payments and purchase processing are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not store your full payment card information.

6. Third-Party Services

Cartify may use third-party services to operate app features, such as Apple Sign In, Google Sign In, Firebase, AI/OCR services, cloud hosting, analytics, and Apple In-App Purchase. These services may process data according to their own privacy policies.

7. Data Storage and Security

We take reasonable measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure.

8. Account Deletion

You may request or initiate account deletion from within the Cartify app. After account deletion, your account will no longer be accessible.
